Business Management Group
Chaired by the Head of Safeguarding and involving chairs of subcommittees, LSCB Business Manager and Interagency Training Officer. Its main purpose is to ensure that the progress against the business plan is achieved, assist the Chairs to identify cross cutting issues and themes across the subcommittee activity, identify the key issues for consideration by the Board as well as to make decisions and report these to the Board.
